1. Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Sudais, also known as Al-Sudais, is a reciter from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and one of the most famous reciters in the Islamic world.
2. In 1995, he obtained a doctorate in Islamic Sharia from Umm Al-Qura University with distinction, with a recommendation to publish the thesis titled "Al-Wadhih fi Usul al-Fiqh li Abi al-Wafa bin Aqil al-Hanbali: A Study and Verification".
3. Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais was born on February 10, 1960 AD, corresponding to 1382 AH, in Al-Bukayriyah in the Qassim region of Saudi Arabia.
4. Al-Sudais has held several prominent positions, including his appointment as the Imam and Khateeb of the Grand Mosque by royal decree in 1984 AH.
5. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais obtained a certificate with distinction from the Riyadh Scientific Institute in 1979.
6. This was under the supervision of Professor Ahmed Fahmi Abu Senna, and after a discussion with Sheikh Abdullah bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Turki, the Secretary-General of the Muslim World League, and Dr.
7. He is considered the General President for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, as well as the Imam and Khateeb of the Grand Mosque in Mecca.
8. Ali bin Abbas Al-Hakami, the Head of the Sharia Postgraduate Studies Department at Umm Al-Qura University at that time.
9. Then, in 1983, he completed his university studies and obtained a degree in Sharia.
10. He then obtained a license from the Islamic University of Muhammad bin Saud in 1987.
11. He started his work in the month of Sha'ban of the same year, on Sunday, August 22, 1984, during the Asr prayer.
