Vad är Unit4 Timesheets? Unit4 Timesheets är en app som gör det enkelt att hålla koll på tiden du spenderar på olika projekt samtidigt. Du kan antingen mata in tiden manuellt eller klocka in och ut från en och samma skärm. Appen är användbar för personer som arbetar med flera projekt under en dag.
- Lägg till, redigera eller ta bort tidsregistreringar online eller offline
- Kopiera tidigare perioders registreringar
- Fördela återstående timmar enligt arbetsschemat
- Mata in timmar för gårdagen eller idag direkt från startsidan
- Mata in timmar för framtida perioder
- Registrera tid spenderad på möten och överföra det till din tidsregistrering
- Ställ in en lokal påminnelse för tidsregistrering
- Välj en kombination av projekt, arbetsorder, aktivitet etc. från en lista som nyligen användes

- Tryck och håll på kodkombinationer för att se mer information
- Dra åt höger för att använda "magic wand" för en rad i kodvy-läge
- Dra åt vänster för att ställa in 0 timmar i kodvy-läge
- Vrid enheten för att se en vy som är bekant från Unit4 Business World On! Web och Smart Client

- Smidig och fungerar bra förutom i Dark Mode på iOS 13.
- Bra säkerhet med möjlighet att använda en klientcertifikat för autentisering.
Deletes rows
Horrible, deletes rows of time when description is changed. Then u have to go to Unit4 erp on the computer to fix things, and dont even get me started on unit4 erp, we used microsoft before that was heaven compared to this crap...the ui looks like something from the 90’s....
Crappy UX. No support. Don’t buy.
Try changing hours without seeing the figure. And that’s just a tiny tiny thing. Run away. Fast!
Rätt ok, men aningen begränsad
Smidig och funkar rätt bra, förutom i Dark Mode på iOS 13.7. Det blir vit text på vit bakgrund, dvs texten försvinner. Saknar också att kunna registrera utlägg via appen. Det måste man fortfarande göra via webbsidan verkar det som.
UNIT4 are user user hostile
I have been using UNIT4 Agresso at my workplace for a number of years now. Even if I understand the importance of standardized solutions and that time reporting is a necessity that can be quite boring, I’m really amazed how difficult a company can make it for its users. I won’t go into the details of the application or web interface, as this is a rating of the app, but even if the intention is good: to make it easier for the users to report their time, the result is horrible! Security is good and I support the ability to have a client certificate in the app for authentication - but I haven’t even been able to configure the app. The process of checking out and importing a certificate to the phone involved long URL:s that have been copied and pasted, and then the procedure has to be repeated with another URL to verify whatever. A verification that fails. Why not generate a configuration file for each user with the relevangt settings and just parse it? Why send the user through a number of steps that have a high risk of failing? I’m not a computer illiterate, in fact I’m a developer with extensive knowledge and experience of operating systems, security and iOS. And I still fail configuring the Agresso app. Shame on you! If I was the CEO or CFO of my company you would be kicked out the 2 second way down to the street: that is through the window.
