Devs are not serious. They dont respect the calendar! The game have many errors and all titans taked, after 2 mounth they are too week for the game. They make you to run(spend mone) after each titan...

I have been playing this game for 2,5 years. I have never ever experienced such bad support from a customer service anywhere. If you have a problem they rarely help you, they send automatic reply’s via helpdesk bots and always ask you to check your connection. With the money not only me but hundreds of other people spent in this game, we could actually own this game, and make it 100% better. This is the only game where you have 0 benefits of being maxed player, no benefit what so all to have the best titans or troops with relics. If you are a new player, you will enjoy the game for 2-3 months, after that you will realize what money sucking machine this game is they have s cereal times some false marketing. They advert titans relics etc as one thing,and when you obtain the thing after spending huge money on it, it’s a compleate other thing. They tell you they increase the % of obtaining certain titans and relics, after you spend 100-200€ on it and still haven’t obtained what they “allegedly” told you, you feel dirty and fooled. I guess increase of 0% is still an increase in their world. A new player can just walk right in and bullhammer a veteran of the game, with 0 investment what so ever. They always have connection problems, for over 2+ years wich they can’t fix in some how. This causes you to loose portal stones, troops spells, things you spend money on. When you ask them for your stuff back they refuse to help you and always answer “ we will look over this thank you goodbye “ I strongly advise apple to look over how zynga and naturalmotion handles their consumers. This game is pure based on luck when paying of items, wich makes it more or less a casino business. Don’t spend anything on this game, because zynga and naturalmotions can always change/modify whatever you obtain in the game, hence making your spent money useless. I rate this game 1 star because I can’t rate it -20. //veteran of the game

Useless support. Asking for support is just a waste of time. They have not been able to resolve a single ticket that i opened. They dont answer my questions either, bunch of parrots whom just keep repeating themselves, without answering any questions or solving the actual problem. Only copy paste answers.
