Vad är Tiimo? Tiimo är en visuell daglig planeringsapp som hjälper dig att organisera ditt liv, hålla fast vid dina rutiner och arbeta mot dina personliga mål. Appen är utformad för att vara inkluderande och hjälpsam för personer med ADHD och/eller autism samt stödja exekutiva funktioner som planering, organisation, tidsstyrning och fokus.
- En visuell tidslinje som stödjer tidsstyrning och fokus.
- Visuella checklists som hjälper dig att hålla koll på varje punkt på din lista genom att använda färger, emojis eller ikoner.
- Påminnelser (notiser, vibrationer och ljud) som ökar motivationen och hjälper med övergångar.
- Färdiga rutiner som gör schemaläggning snabbare.
- Välj mellan +3000 ikoner, inklusive unika bakgrundsfärger, emojis och möjligheten att ladda upp egna bilder.
- Gemensam användning av appen mellan familjemedlemmar eller en vuxen och ett barn.
- Med en Tiimo-prenumeration kan du skapa upp till fem olika profiler/scheman.
- Kalenderintegration med iCal (och andra om synkroniserade), färgtema-väljare, mörkt läge och flexibla aktiviteter som du kan "spela", "pausa" och "återuppta".

Öppna emulatorn >> skriv Tiimo i sökfältet >> klicka på Sök. Du kommer nu att se Tiimo appen. Öppna den och klicka på knappen "Installera" för att starta installationen.

Update 01/2020- I worry about their tracking and that makes me not use it anymore. The fact that they track everything you do, not only to get information on how the app is used in order to develop it, but also ties your content to you as a person which isn’t necessary and it feels intrusive. It makes me not wanting to use it sadly. I think its a great app so far and the price is very fair, way cheaper than most and a long trial to really see if it makes a change in life. I just wish it was focused on adults too since this feels a bit too childish for someone like me. But even I love the colors and clarity it brings. as an adult who manages to work because I found my passion theres no category for any jobs. There’s many high function adhd people who still struggle with boring daily life tasks and could really use this. :) I also wish the function for routines was more exact since my off day of every week is on tuesdays and fridays and there was no option for that. Many of us with add/adhd are creative people and doesn’t have normal 8-5 jobs for obvious reasons but we happened to find the job that we can excel in. One thing I LOVE the applewatch integration since apple watch helps me soo much with remiders and focus. I would love an app like this for creatives who struggle to plan our daily lives but love what we do..😊 I wish there was a visual function where I could track projecs, add goals, tasks & sub tasks to see my progress and make it easier to finish them. For when I have to travel and get things done at home like setting up a kids room or finish a creative work project. But maybe the plan is to keep this app more simple?

I have ADHD and I Love the visual overview! It takes some time (still somewhat of a Creative Funtime) to set it up but after trying almost everything recommended in digital/visual planning for my type of brain: Tiimo is definitely the only one I see as a keeper! Still waiting on the update to be able to share accounts with family members in a more seamless way tough..with that I will rate it 5⭐️ and spread the word like crazy! Thank you guys for starting this project! It really is a game changer 👏😍 Ps. Congratulations on the “redaktörernas val” and! If you are looking for someone in Sweden to help out in any way, shape or form, I’m way beyond interested(!), also born with a brain that needs this software (!)
