Unnecessary and convoluted
I would give 0 stars if I could. This app offers nothing but trouble and for someone new to FF14 it’s really offputting that I have to register and then go through 100 steps until I can finally play the game. This app tells me to type a one time password which I can find on the one time password site. GUESS WHAT. The site tells me to download the app to get a password. GREAT USER EXPERIENCE GUYS. Remove this app and for the love of god hire a ux designer for your site.
Works like it should
Only problem I have it that I can’t manage to figure out how to transfer my info to my new phone so I have to keep my old Samsung charged just to log in to final fantasy 14.
