Shockingly bad app
Time outs regularly, Illogical menu system, crashes, network timeout and a plethora of other problems.
Crashes, network problems, just bad.
Installed the app one week ago and has not worked a full day so far. Looses connection to network once a day and reset of both router and inverter communication port needed to get back online. Maybe not an app issue but network connection is the worst I’ve ever seen. Re-do and do better.
Growatt to be trusted?
I got my system installed July 22, all worked fine until a few months ago. The app started to to display error messages ”timeout”. All seems fine locally but i constantly see data dropout when usin the app or connecting to the server. When I tried to reinstall the I lost contact via mobile apo. Tried with other devices, same problem the app refuses to work ”network error”. Now I have one computer that can display info from the system, with large portions of lost data. To have it running I have to restart, router and network equipment frequently. No impressed, not at all impressed. Will contact the installer and complain, this is not what I expected. By the way, I have been working as a software developer and managed several companies for several decaded. I would never accept a product this instable as it may damage the company reputation. Really disapointed!
Crappy app and system
So bad system and app. Not working a single day now. That’s really crap
Very unstable
The app is very unreliable. And even when it works it would be nice to have the same features as the website, like the ability to compare different numbers over time, like mppt voltage, mppt power etc.
