Should be free to use
Can’t believe you’d have to get a subscription to use this feature. I assumed this would be free to use after you’ve spent the money on the capturing device.
Bought an 250$ Stream Deck,
Stop with the Misleading advertising! I bought an 250$ stream deck, and now with the new update I need to pay 28 dollars a year only to use the new features that comes with the freshly installed update?! One would think that 250$ would be enough for Siri support and remote control over the hotkeys. How about you guys make it free for already paying customers to use the actions already configured in the actual stream deck in the app? Then the people that want’s more keys still pays for the subscription or buys another stream deck? Seems like an reasonable thing you guys can do. :/

This app should be free to use but no it costs
Constantly restarting
This app is constantly losing connection and restarting. On top of that, a subscription should give more than basic features. Why can't we choose how many rows we want to show for example? Nah, Elgato is a joke and one of the greediest companies to date.
What exactly is free ????
It’s free to download. I don’t call it free. I wonder if this company use same level of logic in there HW & SW design ?
