- Appen fungerar bra och har aldrig haft några problem.
- Innehållet är fantastiskt.
Casting works badly
I love the content and playing on desktop works great. However using the app together with Chromecast is very finicky. I often get the "streaming will use cellular data" regardless if I am ok wifi or not. If I temporarily pause and leave the app it often starts playing again automatically, sometimes on the TV and sometimes in the background of my phone (I hear the audio starts playing). Whenever I return to the app it resets and starts playing the episode from the complete begining (even if I was halfway through before). I don't even have to switch to another app, just locking the screen and unlocking (on my phone) is enough for a restart on the TV. And sometimes after locking the screen the audio starts playing on my phone simultaneously as on the TV. I didn't even know that was possible with the Chromecast protocol. Annoying.
Does not work with AppStore subscription
After creating the account and setting up the subscription, it was impossible to start the free trial. ”Failed to purchase in AppStore”.

Disappointing
The app is buggy and not optimized for the different Apple devices out here. I love the content of The Great Lectures, but the app needs many improvements.
